Garlic Chili oil
In a professional kitchen we have a lot of marinades and oils. We call these condiments. They are waiting patiently in the fridge for you to use.
Ingredients
1 chili pepper
1 bulb garlic
4 table spoons sunflower oil
Method
Heat the oven at 380 (F). Cut the bulb as you see in the picture. No need to peel the skin. Put in ovenproof dish with oil and red pepper. Put in oven until the garlic has become soft. Chill, push the pulp out of the garlic cloves and remove the seeds from the chili pepper. Make a puree of pepper and garlic with a fork, Mix with oil, add some more. Keep in fridge.
